The Heartspace is your true home, in you. It’s the space inside of you that feels alive and connected when you’re happy and content with what life has to offer.
It’s a place where nothing else matters except for this moment right now. When we feel this way, it feels like our whole world is perfect just the way it is – including all its imperfections!
It can be hard to connect with this space but once we do, everything changes: we find peace within ourselves and all worries disappear from our minds.
Even if there are things happening outside of us that don’t make sense or that seem unfair or wrong somehow – they still don’t matter anymore because we know deep down in our hearts that everything will turn out okay.
Ever feel like you’re not really in your body?
Like you just don’t belong anywhere and have no idea how to find your true home?
You might be feeling the call of the heart space. The heart space is where we all come from; it’s our origin point. When we are living out of our hearts, life feels complete and rich and whole.
Everything else falls into place; we know who we are about others and their needs; what matters becomes clear; fears about making mistakes dissolve if they are coming from somewhere other than the heart space.
Sometimes we get so caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life that we forget what it feels like to be at home. But there is a place where you can always return, no matter what all else is going on around you. It’s your heart space.

The heart is a powerful organ. It’s the centre of joy, love, and compassion. But for many people, it can also be the source of immense pain and confusion.
It is essential to tune into your own heart space to connect with who you are as an individual truly. When we feel like someone else controls our thoughts or emotions, we lose ourselves in unhealthy ways. We may have experienced this feeling when we felt controlled by our parents or spouse at some point in time in our lives, but it doesn’t have to stay that way!
It’s easy to get bogged down with the day-to-day tasks of life and lose touch with our spirituality. But we don’t have to worry because there is a way back. All it takes is a little intentionality to connect with that space inside ourselves where we feel connected and whole again, right at the centre of our being.
There are many ways to measure your inner being, but the most important part of measuring is knowing where you want to go. You can have all the tools in the world and still not get anywhere if you don’t know what your destination is.
There are three parts that make up our inner being: heart space, spirit and soul.
Heart space is defined as how much love we feel for ourselves and others, it’s an indicator of self-care or lack thereof;
Spirit is a higher form of energy that connects us with things more significant than ourselves;
Soul encompasses everything else about us – who we were before we came into this life, who we will be when we leave this one behind.
Why do we work so hard to make others feel better about themselves but never afford ourselves the same blinding love and effort?
Whether it be a friend who is going through a rough patch or even your significant other, we all tend to put our own needs on the back burner to take care of someone else.
It’s a common misconception that we are all here on Earth to make everyone else feel better solely. There is no denying the benefits of helping others and being there for them when they need you, but what about when we need someone?
What about giving ourselves permission to take care of our own needs too?
It is a well-known fact that external gratitude has many benefits. It can make us feel loved, appreciated and accepted.
But what about internal gratitude?
As a spiritual entrepreneur, I believe it’s important to show appreciation for yourself as much as you do others.
The world is a beautiful place to live in. It offers us many opportunities and things that we can have if we work hard enough for them. But, how do you know when it’s time to stop? How do you know when it’s time to say “thank you” instead of continuing with the rat race?
Spiritual entrepreneurs are often living their lives with a sense of deep gratitude. They understand that for every experience in life, there is something to be grateful for.
I have seen so many people who live with an extreme level of gratitude, and I can tell you that it has changed my life forever.
Living each day with this mindset will change your perspective on everything and what you allow into your brain space and heart space.
It will also change how you interact with others because being positive impacts how they see you too! You’ll find yourself looking at situations differently – seeing them as opportunities instead of threats or challenges.
Do you ever feel like gratitude is just a cliché? Like something that’s been said so many times, it starts to lose meaning.
The thing is, we’ve forgotten what the word “gratitude” really means. It doesn’t mean that you’re grateful for every single circumstance in life; instead, it means being thankful and appreciative of all the good things in your life.
Ways to practice gratitude daily can be: from little things like writing thank-you notes or keeping a gratitude journal to more significant ones like volunteering or donating money to charity.
If you want an attitude adjustment, then take the time today (and every day) to be grateful for everything in your life.
Gratitude is a powerful tool. It can change your mood, lift you from depression, and give you a sense of well-being. But how do we cultivate an attitude of gratitude?
I’ve found that the most effective way to develop this attitude is through mindfulness meditation. When our mind wanders outside of the present moment into thoughts about past regrets or future worries, it becomes much harder to find true happiness in life.
Mindfulness meditation teaches us to be mindful of what we think and what we feel physically in each moment. It helps us stay connected with ourselves so that when something goes wrong (and it sometimes does), we can respond rather than react due to our anger or fear.
The hustle of our daily lives can lead us to forget the simple joys in life. We often get so caught up in our ambitions; we fail to take a moment and enjoy what’s around us.
But when you pause for just a few minutes each day and take time to be grateful for what you have, your outlook on life changes dramatically.
